Vinanna (ヴィナンナ, Vinanna) is one of the Three Wise. She is the "Wise in Principles," and is responsible for adjudicating transgressions of magic law.

Vinanna is an older woman. She has grey hair and grey eyes, and freckles on her face. She wears the same uniform as the Knights Moralis, but with an extra pair of wings on her hat. Her jacket is short and she wears long flared pants underneath.[1]
